My 5 wood I hit high, my 3 wood not high enough. Has anyone put their 3 wood shaft on the 5 wood. To get more height and distance out of their 5 wood.

DAY 565 Rise and Grind... I was out before 8 a.m. working on the range on my backswing, and tempo. Part of working on my backswing is to hit SUMO Squat 3-woods. ... where you widen your stance considerably, squat down low so you are stabilziing your legs... then hit three woods, so that all of your effort essentially comes from rotation/your pivot. You have to stay in your posture or you miss the ball entirely. Great drill. After a variety of drills, almost three hours later I headed home.

I think boditrack traces, swing catalyst data, and other metrics prove no good golfers push off their back foot. The data shows pressure increasing in the front foot. If the push off the back foot were true, we would most certainly see a pronounced increase in pressure in the trail foot through the downswing, but pros are getting to their left side near 90% at impact. Some will get a Z curve with driver where their trace will go forward but then 'back up' to help with their hitting up with driver; some will even get a 'ghost trace' where they're airborne. If anything, those such players are pushing back off the ground from their front foot.

@hoselpalooza doesn’t push off either. However, he’ll never just succumb to that so I’m leaving it at ‘ I believe that he believes he’s doing it.’ Until he puts up GRF plates on himself in a video and shows he’s reading it correctly ..I’m not convinced otherwise.

True. I am a minimalist. Any more and I just wouldn't do the stretches. And they have worked every time.

Taylormade Rbz Driver Tuning Guide
in WRX Club Techs#1
Rbz
I bought a used RBZ 10.5 driver with wrench.
It has 8 adjustments some of which are labeled. I tried a google search with no luck. I could only find the newer driver guides.
Can someone snap a quick picture or PDF the guide?
Thanks!

I can later. Basically the one that says higher is the highest lofted and most closed. As you turn it becomes more open and lower lofted.

A quick google search turned this up...

    Thanks
I saw that chart but it do not list the rbz driver.
Since Taylormade comes out with new clubs every 6 months it's hard to keep up.

Thanks. Tried it at the range today. While I had a few good hits more were right than I like. Would be in play if I aimed down the left fairway.
    I currently play a Ping G10 10.5 @ 44.5 inches which I like but want more distance.
I'm not sure if the RBZ will replace it. The rbz is 46' so I need to practice with it more.
